Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/765 on the methods of sampling and analysis, and on the interpretation of results for the official control of pesticide residues in and on food and feed of plant and animal origin, and repealing Directive 2002/63/EC.

This Regulation establishes rules on sampling, sample preparation and laboratory analysis methods for food, as well as on analytical measurement uncertainty and the interpretation of results for food and feed, in order to verify compliance with the maximum pesticide residue levels applicable to food and feed of plant and animal origin under Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.
