This Decree, made by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment, exercising the powers provided by article 8, subsection (15) of the Air Pollution Control Laws no. 187 (I) of 2002, establishes general operating conditions for wood processing facilities and particularly: local ventilation and a proper cleaning system for waste gases; designation of facility manager, responsible for monitoring and complying with the Agency requirements; periodic emission measurements; dust emission limit value; management of waste and wood residues.
