Ministerial Decree No. 206 implementing EEC Directives No. 88/380/EEC of 13 June 1988 and No. 89/2/EEC of 15 December 1988 concerning the seeds sector.

The Decree amends Presidential Decree No. 1065 of 1973, Act No. 1096 of 1971 and Act No. 195 of 1976. The amendments concern mainly the certification of the different types of seeds and all the information required in the labels to be issued in case of seeds non officially certified.
