A Decree to make better provision for the prevention of the introduction and spread of diseases destructive to plants. The 9 sections carry the following titles: Short title (1); Interpretation (2); Power to make rules (3); Duty of occupiers of land (4); Right of entry and destruction of infectious articles (5); Compensation (6); Power to control the importation or exportation of articles likely to spread pests or diseases (8); Penalty for breach of Rules and orders of Inspector (9). Rules may be made by the Resident in Council (sect. 3).
