Ministerial Decree establishing the maximum limits for active substances in and on vegetable products, as per Directive No. 95/61/EC, and prohibiting certain uses of pesticides.
The present Decree establishes Maximum Residue Limits for active substances (Annex I) and specifies crops for which the use of certain pesticides is banned (i.e. beetroot, vine, strawberry, olive tree, cabbage).
