Ministerial Decree implementing Directive No. 95/68/EC, on sanitary measures in matter of production and trade of meat-based products and other products of animal origin; implementation of Commission Decision No. 94/837/CE on the recognition of re-packaging centres and marking of products originating therefrom, as per Directive No. 77/99/CEE; implementation of article 3, paragraph A, point 7 of the Annex to Directive No. 92/5/EEC.

The present Decree establishes general hygienic requirements for the recognition of re-packaging establishments, as well as specific requirements for the preparation, packaging, labelling, storage and transport of meat-based products and other products of animal origin.
