This Decree-Law establishes protective measures to combat the introduction of harmful agents into plants in EC countries. It consists of 8 articles laying down sanitary requirements, ministerial authorities responsible for carrying out sanitary controls and sanctions to be applied for illegal planting, harvests, or keeping of plant products.
