Act No. 9.059 amending article 29 of Decree-Law No. 221 on promotion and protection of fishing activity.
This Act amends article 29 of Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967. Amending article establishes that men and women over 65 years shall not pay taxes for performing fishing activity with line and with non commercial purposes.
