These Regulations make provision with respect to shares (unit of equity) in Wool International Corporation. Equity holders shall be registered in accordance with provisions of Division 2 of Chapter II. Registration certificates shall be issued to unit holders. Chapter III provides with respect to applications to have a charge recorded in register for purposes subsection 22J (3) of the Act.
