Legislative Decision No. 01/GM/97 establishing the obligation for carrying out necessary regulation on forestry management.

This Decision establishes that the General Direction of Forestry and Hunting (DGFC) must carry out a Regulation for the management of Community Forest. The fulfilment of the Law-Project must not exceed 2 years from the date of this document.
