Memorandum amending Memorandum Order No. 357 creating an Inter-Agency Committee to settle Fishery Disputes that may Arise involving Foreign Fishing Vessels in the South China Sea (No. 359).

This Committee shall try to effect an amicable settlement of disputes between foreign fishing vessels and all other fishing disputes that may arise from fishing activities in the South China Sea especially the Bashi and Balintang channels and off the Batana Islands. The Committee is composed of government officers.
