This Decree provides for the registration of Swedish vessels in the Ships Register, the Ships Construction Register or the Boat Register, including fishing vessels. It is divided into 7 Chapters: Introductory provisions (I); Ships Register (II): Ship Construction Register (III): Boat Register (IV); Common provisions (V): Nationality treatment (VI): Miscellaneous provisions (VII). Article 7 prescribes that fishing vessels shall be registered in the registration district to which their homeport belongs. Various provisions specifically apply to fishing vessels. Miscellaneous provision deal with radio stations (arts. 1-3), logbooks (arts. 7 to 9), etc.
