An Ordinance to implement EU fishing rights in Germany. All the relevant EU regulatons laying down technical measures for the conservation of fishery resources are listed at the outset. Articles 2 and 3 deal respectively with the implementation of certain controlling measures on transport organization and of certain prohibitions of fishing of herring. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
