Ministerial Decree No. 214 regulating some issues regarding the establishment of the Federal Fisheries Committee.

This Decree establishes that the Federal Fisheries Committee of the Russian Federation is the legal successor to the Committee on the Management and Conservation of Fishing Resources of the Russian Federation, a division of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
