Decree No. 25/87 creating the Agricultural and Rural Development Credit Institution.

This Decree creates the Agricultural and Rural Development Credit Institution (C.C.A.D.R.) under the Ministry of Finances. It consists of 29 articles approving the Statutes of the aforementioned institution entitled to issue medium- and long-term credits for the promotion and improvement of the agricultural sector. The requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from these credits are specified in the text.
