This Order establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to breed eels within the Valley of 'Linho River'. It consists of 5 articles specifying that the Agricultural Society 'Vale do Linho, Lda.' shall be the competent authority entitled to catch, transport and exploit until 3 ton/year of elver satisfying sanitary, water quality and other requirements specified in the text.
