A Decree-Law establishing quality standards to be satisfied by rice destined to human consumption. It consists of 13 articles and 3 annexes specifying the aforementioned standards to be satisfied by rice in order to be placed on the market. It establishes analyse methods, classification, variety and regulate packaging and labelling requirements.
