This Regulatory Administrative Decree establishes the registration on the Federal Technical Registry of potentially polluting activities. Registration requirements on the Federal Technical Registry of potentially polluting activities or those which use environmental resources shall be mandatory for individuals or legal entities involved in potentially polluting activities and/or the extraction, production, transport and commercialization of products potentially hazardous to the environment, as well as minerals, products and byproducts of the fauna, flora and fish. For purposes of registration, legal entities shall be classified as "company" and "micro-company," which shall have separate registration values. (18 articles and 1 annex).
