This Agreement concerns the Energy and Water Sectors Development Project Loan between the Republic of Cape Verde and the OPEC Fund for International Development. It specifies the aforementioned project which is aimed at achieving, improvements in the supply of power, water and sanitation systems as well as to increase operational and end-use efficiency in those sectors, to reduce the barriers to the development of renewable energy sources and to foster the sound management of water resources.
