These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 1963, to provide that where the cost per house of group water installations exceeds a specified amount the Minister may pay a total State grant of one-third of the cost per house. The sanitary authority is empowered to pay a grant in such cases not exceeding the grant paid by the Minister.
