Ministerial Joint Decree No. 85537 including an active substance (metsulfuron-methyl) in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 115/1997 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, in compliance with Commission Directive 2000/49/EC of 26 July 2000.

Metsulfuron-methyl is hereby designated as an active substance in Annex I Presidential Order No. 115/1997, as set out in the Annex hereto.
