This Regulation concerns the inspection and licensing of seed cleaning plants. For what concerns the moving of plants and equipment in the territory of Alberta, section 8 prescribes that owner or operator of a portable seed cleaning plant or other equipment used to clean grain or seeds that is being moved from one municipality to another municipality shall give written notification of the move to the inspector of the receiving municipality at least 24 hours before the move. The Regulation is completed by a Schedule that contains the licensing forms.
