Legislative Decree No. 41 implementing Directives 96/49/EC and 96/87/EC on the transport of dangerous goods by rail.

This Legislative Decree has been enacted in order to implement at national level the provisions contained in Directive 96/49/EC, as amended by Directive 96/87/EC, which regulates the transport of dangerous goods by rail. Article 2 of the Legislative Decree defines with detail the scope.
