Commission Directive 2003/120/EC amending Directive 90/496/EEC on nutrition labelling for foodstuffs.
Article 5 (1) of Directive 90/496/EEC, which establishes the conversion factors to be used when calculating the energy value which is to be declared in the labels, is supplemented in accordance with article 1.
