Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987.

This Regulation implements the Forestry Act 1959. Under section 2, each area of Crown land or timber reserve described in the schedule is set apart and declared as a state forest. Section 5 makes special provision for State Forest 741. The Schedule lists the areas that are state forests.
