Commission Decision 2004/136/EC excluding from Community financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF).

Due to non compliance with the relevant Community rules, the expenditure itemized in the Annex to this Decision that has been incurred by the Member States' accredited paying agencies and declared under the EAGGF Guarantee Section shall be excluded from Community financing.
