Commission Decision 2004/210/EC setting up Scientific Committees in the field of consumer safety, public health and the environment.

The following scientific committees, which shall exercise advisory functions in the fields of competence specified in the Annex, are established by this Decision: (a) the Scientific Committee on Consumer Products; (b) the Scientific Committee on Health and Environmental Risks; (c) the Scientific Committee on Emerging and Newly Identified Health Risks.
