Diagnostic Tests of Animals Regulations.

The government veterinary surgeon is hereby empowered to carry out diagnostic tests on any animal for the purpose of identifying and controlling disease whenever he deems it necessary. The marking of animals is envisaged in case an animal is found to be infected with a disease. Regulations 6 and 7 concern the testing as well as the selling and disposal of cattle. No person shall sell, expose for sale or otherwise dispose of raw milk or milk products coming from cattle in which tuberculosis is known to such person to exit (reg 9).
