Resolution No. 1445 of 2003 defining the hazardous substances and prohibiting their handling,importation and trade.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The substances indicated in the attached list are to be considered hazardous waste and their importation, commerce and circulation shall be prohibited (art. 1). The treatment of the aforementioned substances shall be executed according to the requirements and conditions established by the Ministry of Environment (art. 2).
