This Plan, consisting of eight Parts, divided into 63 sections and done under the Water Act 2000, defines the management plan for the Condamine and Balonne rivers. The Plan is divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; Plan area and water to which plan applies; Outcomes for sustainable management of water; Performance indicators and objectives; Strategies for achieving outcomes; Monitoring and reporting requirements and Implementing and amending this plan. The Plan is completed by five schedules: Plan areas and nodes; Node descriptions; Pump size and maximum rates; Volumetric limits in the Lower Balonne and Dictionary.
