Declaration [1964] as to Fumigating Substances.

The substances set out in the schedule are hereby declared to be fumigating substances within the meaning of the Fumigation (Control) Act 1945. This Notice shall apply to any preparation or mixture containing more than six percent of any one of such substances or more than a total of six percent of any combination thereof.
