Ports Authority Amendment Act 2002 (No. 3 of 2002).

Section 2 now contains a new definition of "pilotage area". Section 57 is completely renewed. The section prohibits pollution of port waters. Polluters may be condemned to pay for clean-up or other costs related to water pollution.
