State customer of the program is the Regional fisheries administration. The purpose and the target of the program stock enhancement of marketable fishes by means of the optimization of the conditions of natural reproduction and fattening of aquatic biological resources, and also by raising the amount of artificial reproduction. The goal is to reach the amount of fish farming of marketable fishes of 10-12 thousand tons annually by creating the conditions for sustainable operation of fish farming enterprises also by means of carrying out timely of fish farming amelioration arrangements and antiepizootic measures, rising the amount of natural and artificial stock enhancement and monitoring of ponds. The provisions of the program regard freshwater fishes and diadromous fish.
