This Order, composed of eight articles, institutes, within the Ministry for Environment, the Management Committee of Cleaner Production – CGPL. In particular, the Order defines its composition, functions and management procedures. Among the functions, worth of mention is the elaboration and approval of strategic action plans, and support to the Ministry in all actions involving environmental management and cleaner production.
