Regulation establishing list of border checkpoints where agricultural products and foodstuffs imported from abroad are controlled (Journal of Laws No. 122 of 2004, Pos. 1276).

This Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the list of border checkpoints where imported agricultural products and foodstuffs shall be inspected. The Annex specifies the list of these border checkpoints grouped by types of border checkpoints: airline, railway, maritime and road.
