Decree No. 5.940 on recyclable waste originating from public administration bodies.

This Decree, composed of seven articles, requires the separation of recyclable waste in public administration bodies and regulates its destination to recycling organizations. The Decree foresees the institution, within each public body, of a Commission for the selective voluntary collection.
