Act No. 566 containing rules relative nuisance from odour emanating from facilities were livestock are kept.

This Act places restrictions on the establishment of livestock farms on the ground of nuisance that may result from the keeping of animals. A permission to open a facility shall be denied if standards relating to availability of open air space expressed in "odour units" are not met. Facilities shall be at a given distance from dwellings. Other regulation making is delegated to municipalities.
