For the purpose of the present Regulation "onsite wastewater management system" means all or part of a treatment system, holding system or management system for sewage, wastewater, greywater, wastewater effluent or septage. The text consists of 27 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Definitions (1); Application and general provisions (2); Registration (3); Installers and installations (4); Sewage haulers and sewage disposal (5); Compliance and variance (6); Repeal and coming into force provisions (7). Eight Schedules are enclosed.
