This Ministerial Decree establishes that physical and legal persons shall be authorized to carry out hunting by decision of the regional executive body assigning hunting areas and in accordance with hunting contract between the authorized institution and hunter. Hunting contract must envisage the following issues: (a) mapping of hunting area; (b) hunting seasons; (c) rights and duties of the parties; (d) the conditions of conservation, reproduction and sustainable management of wildlife species; (e) liability. Hunting associations must register and keep record of wildlife species populating hunting areas assigned thereto. Each hunting reserve must have its own statute containing the following arrangements: (a) mapping of hunting area; (b) visiting regulations; (c) authorized hunting gear and hunting methods; (d) authorized game; (e) hunting permit fee.
