Legislative Decree No. 47 implementing Directive 2004/68/EC laying down animal health rules for the importation into and transit through the Community of certain live ungulate animals.

This Legislative Decree establishes animal health conditions for the importation and transit of live ungulates (those specified in Annex I). These provisions regulate inspections to be carried out at border posts and veterinary certification. Further provisions lay down amendments to articles 1, 6 and 17 of Legislative Decree No. 633 of 1996.
