The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the keeping of the Fishery Book of Brandenburg. The competent authority for the establishment and keeping of the Fishery Book is the Office for Nutrition, Agriculture and Land Use Planning. The said Book has to be kept according to a model provided by the Ministry for Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry according to which every fishery right shall have its own page. The consultation of the Fishery Book is open to every person claiming a legitimate interest. The text consists of 6 articles.
