The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste, and in particular those provisions concerning waste water, in case the Waste Water Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 4047, 4550) of 15 October 2002 does not contain the necessary regulations. The Ordinance applies to the discharge of effluent waste water as laid down in the Annex 33 A of the above-mentioned Waste Water Ordinance into waters and public waste water facilities. The text deals with calculations of additional parameters, requirements for measuring and monitoring, duty to report, information of the public, existing waste water discharge facilities and entry into force.
