Ordinance implementing the Thüringen Hunting Law.

The present Law implements the Thüringen Hunting Law in its version of 26 February 2004 (GVBl. p. 298). The text consists of 34 articles divided into 12 Parts as follows: Hunting districts (I); Hunting cooperatives, hunting lease (II); Fostering communities (III); Devolution of hunting rights (IV); Protection of game (V); Third party liability insurance (VI): Feeding of game (VII); Fostering and hunting of hoofed game (VIII); Selection of hunting dogs (IX); Inspection of game trade (X); Hunting counsellor (XI); Penalties, final provisions (XII).
