Control of Trade in Endangered Species (Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2952 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Control of Trade in Endangered Species (Enforcement) Regulation 1997 by replacing the reference to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 939/97 with a reference to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 865/2006 and making consequential changes to references to numbers of articles of that Regulation.
