This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for identifying and validating national border checkpoints in the Russian Federation for the entry of animals, animal products, animal feedstuffs and produce subject to quarantine inspection. In the process of validating such specialized border crossing points, the intensity of the influx of animals, animal products, animal feedstuffs and produce subject to quarantine inspection shall be taken into consideration. Special equipment shall be installed for inspection and control of such commodities.
