This Decree prescribes rules relative to the authorization, placing on the market and use of plant protection products and biocide products as prescribed by Community legislation. The rules concern among other things, duties of the College, applications relative to plant protection products and biocide products and relative documentation, review and the decision-making process regarding applications and trade and use of plant protection products and biocide products.
