This Regulation, consisting of 503 sections divided into five Chapter and completed by five Schedules, is made under the Dangerous Substances Act 2004 (including any amendment made under the Legislation Act 2001). It sets provisions to regulate dangerous substances, including authorizations, licensing, notification and registration schemes for dangerous substances.
