Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1175/2008 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).

This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 by reaplcing articles 57(2) and 63, paragraph 8 which concern State aid and electronic exchange of information respectively. Furthermore, Annexes II, V and VI are amended as set out in the Annex hereto.
