DENR Administrative Order No. 13 promulgating regulations governing the establishment of buffer zones within forest lands.

This Administrative Order provides for the establishment of buffer zones between the boundary of production forests and areas used for agricultural purposes in order to ensure the sustainability of forest resources and to establish natural landmarks within forest lands. The Order provides for: the identification, delineation and establishment of buffer zones; development and maintenance of buffer zones; and penal provisions.
