Fisheries Law. Decision under article 13 (P.I. 376/2008).

In exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-paragraph (ii), paragraph (a), section (3) of article 13 the Fisheries Law, the Director of the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research determines the minimum mesh size of nets carried on small fishing vessels. The fishing license is granted in relation of the mesh size.
